If you're missing multiple teeth and dental implants are not an option, Dr. Cappetta offers both full and partial dentures. These removable replacements are to return your confidence and comfort so you can smile freely and warmly. These custom made dentures restore not only your appearance, but the oral functions and support structure that were lost by your missing teeth.

If all of your teeth are missing, our full dentures are available for you. They can be conventional or immediate dentures. Conventional dentures are placed about 8-12 tweeks after your remaining teeth have been removed and your gum tissues have properly healed. The immediate dentures are made in advance and are utilized immediately after your teeth are removed.

If there are some natural teeth remaining, then partial dentures are a great option. These fill in the spaces created by your missing teeth as well as maintaining the structure and positioning of your natural teeth. There'll be several appointments to create these custom partial dentures to perfectly fit your smile and make sure they fit comfortably in your mouth.

It's no secret that new dentures will feel a bit odd in the beginning until the muscles in your mouth get used to the feeling and become comfortable as you insert and remove them. There will be a learning curve in the beginning, but very soon, you'll learn to speak and eat with your brand new dentures. They're made to resemble your natural teeth as much as possible to improve your overall smile and maintain your oral health overall.

Call Dr. Cappetta at (314) 862-7007 to schedule your consultation to learn more about partial dentures and learn if this service is the best option to restore your smile.
